The answer:

If you have confirmed number of kilos of textiles given to a collector, by providing your email address, and yet, you think that a situation that raises your doubts has happened to you, you can always describe it using the function "Report your doubts to us" by clicking on the graphic: on the ‘Donations’ tab, which is available in the ‘User panel. Each notification of textiles we receive, has a unique number, thanks to which it is possible to identify collected textiles and start the process of explaining any irregularities.
