My textile application has not been completed within the time I have specified.

The answer:

It is highly likely that the courier could not contact you to clarify the time, and when they knocked at your door, found no one in. We'll be happy to try to pick up your bags again, but this will also require commitment from you. Do not worry, according to our regulations, within 7 days we will try again to pick them up. We will send you an email in which we will inform you that the courier will arrange the details of your return receipt with you. Maybe the time you gained, you will spend on adding even more items to your already packed bags?
