I have doubts regarding the way my textile application is handled

The answer:

A courier should collect everything that you give, for instance in door2door collections, like: jackets, coats, dresses and skirts, trousers, jumpers, shirts, T-shirts, unused underwear, all sorts of paired shoes and boots, jewellery and handbags, as well as other elements of outfit, including children’s outfits. In addition to that, your ordered bags may also include small decorative objects like curtains, tablecloths, bedding and towels, soft and hard toys, as well as bric-a-brac. In a nutshell - everything that can fit into the bag. If for any reason, a collector refuses to take your bags, make sure that among the items you gave, there are no unacceptable items like: wet textiles, huge items like: furniture, household equipment, as well as VHS cassettes, board games and books.
