Cwtch Together: Where Play and Care Unite!

Support Cwtch Together: Empowering Families Through Play and Community

Who We Are: CWTCH Together, a registered charity since 2017, operates from the 15th Cardiff Scout Hall in Grangetown. We are a stay-and-play organisation dedicated to providing a nurturing and enjoyable environment for children with additional needs and their families.

Our Approach: At Cwtch Together, parents and carers are the primary caregivers, while our staff are always available to initiate and facilitate play, offering child-led activities. We value and implement the ideas of parents and carers, tailoring activities to meet the unique needs of every child.

Our Environment: We offer a secure space for indoor and outdoor play, equipped with a wide range of materials that promote the Seven Areas of Learning: Social, Physical, Creative, Emotional, Mathematical, Role Play, and Language & Literacy. Our numerous sensory equipment provides excellent stimuli, enjoyed immensely by our children. Memorable experiences include boat trips, role-play centre visits, BBQs, and pottery sessions.

Inclusivity and Growth: We welcome children of all ages at Cwtch Together, understanding that needs evolve with age. For older children, we offer guidance towards age-appropriate services while still welcoming them in our space.

Parent and Carer Support: Our small on-site café offers a place for parents and carers to buy refreshments and network with other families, sharing knowledge and support. This community aspect is vital, offering a space for those facing similar daily challenges and experiences.

Fundraising Goal: We are launching a fundraising campaign to continue and expand our vital work. Your contributions will help us maintain and enhance our facilities, support more families, and organize more engaging activities and trips. Every donation makes a significant difference in providing a supportive, fun, and educational environment for these wonderful children and their families.

Join Us in Making a Difference: Your support allows us to continue creating a world where play, learning, and community come together for families who need it most. Donate today and be a part of a child's joyful journey at Cwtch Together!
